Online Gas Measurement - SQF
Our Online Multi-gas Analyser enhance the facility for our user to get actual instant furnace atmosphere condition. The measurement includes CO, CO2, CH4 & H2. Also we provide single fixed CO Analyser to measure Carbon Monoxide and re-transmit in the form of 4-20 mADC analog signal to Carbon Potential Controller for continuous C.P. correction. Instrument having standard features like Data Logging, Audit Trail, USB Port, Ethernet Port and field calibration facility through front display unit and standard gas samples.
In addition to this, We do have expertise in providing complete automation solution for Sealed Quench Furnaces including Advance PLC, SCADA, Carbon Potential Control System, Oxygen Probe, Heating Thyristor Power Controller and Complete SQF panel solution.
